Project Terms & Commitment
1. Project Timelines
Website Redesign: Estimated completion and soft launch within 4–6 weeks following receipt of all required content, assets, and approvals.
CRM Setup & Integration: Configured, tested, and deployed alongside website launch to ensure a seamless transition and patient management experience.
2. Investment & Payments
Phase 1 setup fees are invoiced upon acceptance of this proposal. Recurring CRM and marketing services begin upon launch and are billed monthly in advance according to the selected service plan.
3. Hosting & Software
The Phase 1 investment includes the first year of website hosting. Beginning in Year 2, hosting renews at $250/year. CRM licensing, support, and maintenance are billed separately under the monthly CRM Platform, Support & Maintenance plan.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of requested content, images, approvals, and feedback is required to maintain the project schedule. Delays may result in adjustments to project timelines and estimated launch dates.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Custom Development
This proposal includes standard website and CRM functionality. Any custom development, third-party software integrations, specialized dental software connections (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental), or advanced automation requests beyond the outlined scope may require additional review, development time, and separate approval.
Agreement & Authorization
By entering your name and drawing your signature below, you accept this proposal and agree to the 12-month platform term, pricing details, and project terms outlined. You authorize Diamond Dentistry and AZL Marketing to initiate onboarding and foundational setups.
